Given that the customer undertakes to provide accurate data and that he assumes responsibility for them in the event of false declarations
- The Airport Transfer Service includes 1 (one) hour and 15 (fifteen) minutes of waiting in the terminal, from the scheduled landing time, beyond the predetermined waiting time, the carrier will inform the client whether to extend the wait.
- If it is not possible to contact the Customer or the contact person, the service ends by counting an Airport Transfer / arrival address.
- The Transfer Service from the Stations or addresses includes 30 (thirty) minutes from the scheduled arrival time of the train or appointment, if the customer or the contact person is unavailable, the rate of the Transfer service in Rome City will be applied within 20 km.
- An increase of € 15.00 for 30 (thirty) minutes or fractions of an hour will be applied to the extension of the wait at the airport / station.
- An increase of € 10.00 for 30 (thirty) minutes or fraction of an hour will be applied to the extension of the wait at home. The non-presentation of the Customer will in any case be charged as a service.
- Any change from the booked service, for example change of destinations or deviations from the route with more stops and / or waits, must be promptly communicated and could lead to a difference in the agreed fare. In the case of several stops outside the route from the destination, a surcharge of € 5.00 to € 10.00 is applied for each stop, based on the difference in the off-route. In case of waiting, during the journey, a surcharge of € 15.00 will be applied for 30 (thirty) minutes or fractions of an hour.
- Night supplement from 10:30 pm to 6:00 am + €. 5.00 on the total cost of the service.
- Credit card supplement + 10% on the cost of the service
- The maximum time to cancel a service is 90 minutes. In the event that the service is canceled after this period of time, 100% of the service will be charged, in the case of airport transfers and 20% of the agreed amount, in the case of port transfers, hourly arrangements and long journeys.
- The prices are for the Services carried out with cars: Mercedes E Class, BMW 5 Series, AUDI A6; and mini van Mercedes (8 or 9 pax including driver) or Opel Vivaro (9 pax including driver) all recently registered.
- The rate is to be considered VAT Excluded at 10% (*)
- The balance of the service can be made by direct payment to the driver, by bank transfer (after crediting the account before the service) or payment with billing at the end of each month by bank transfer.
- For transfers that include overnight stays, the final bill includes a meal for the driver and an overnight stay in a hotel, preferably provided with a garage to be paid by the customer.
- The prices include: Fuel, Limited Traffic Zone Permits and baggage.
- The prices DO NOT include: Motorway tolls, Border Crossings, Ferries; these will be included in the invoice excluding VAT pursuant to art. 15 DPR 633/72.
REFUNDS
- Failure to present the Driver or problems during the journey, for reasons NOT attributable (eg: road accidents, socio-political events, natural phenomena such as flooding, checks by the police, sudden vehicle breakdowns or other reasons of negligence of the secretariat of our office, the cost of the service will be refunded or canceled from the billing of the following month. However, within the limits of our possibilities, we will look for a substitute means.
- Complaints are not accepted beyond 8 days from the date of the service.
- In order to protect the customer from any inefficiencies, and to provide a greater guarantee of the services we perform.
JURISDICTION
- The contracting parties try to resolve the problems peacefully, if they fail they submit to the competent court according to the place of service.
- Since the services provided by the Operator have their departure or destination in Italy, the total jurisdiction always belongs to the court of the Operator’s country and the Italian laws apply.
